What to include
To get the fastest answer, include the following in your first message when possible.
- The business name on file and the email you used to apply.
- For application questions: your application submission date.
- For billing questions: the invoice number or transaction reference.
- For account questions: a link to the page or product in question.
Business hours
Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time. Messages sent on weekends or U.S. holidays are answered the next business day.
Applying
If you are not yet a merchant and want to start an application, use the application form. It takes about 60 seconds, and you will see pricing on the next screen.
Complaints and escalation
If an issue has not been resolved to your satisfaction, reply to your existing email thread with the word ESCALATE in the subject line, or send a new message to intake@holisticpayments.io describing the issue and what outcome you are seeking. Escalated matters are reviewed by a member of management.
